SABA Hospitality Technology Solutions and Knowcross today announced the successful integration of their solutions into hotel operations at Shangri-La’s marquee property in Singapore. Integrating the two technologies now allows guests of Shangri-La Singapore to make requests through the SABA Hospitality interactive guest services platform, and for those requests to be automatically forwarded to the relevant resolver department. Hotel service, amenity, maintenance, as well as food and beverage orders, now no longer require intervention from front of house staff or the guest service centre. This direct and automated connection between a guest and the relevant hotel department takes place regardless of the guest’s presence on or off-property.
