The shopping cart part of the module has allowed us to maximise revenue opportunities from food and beverage via room service. The platform has allowed us to create packages and offers for our guests that can be tweaked or changed at a moment’s notice. The guest experience is further enhanced via the ability to have high quality images of our food on the menu.

 

We have also used the platform to reduce some of our operating costs. We changed our housekeeping from the traditional daily servicing to “on request” via the platform, giving guests the option to request to have their rooms serviced. This has seen a significant reduction in housekeeping labour costs.”
