The integration streamlines order management, allowing for automation and rapid processing of Food and Beverage orders placed by both hotel and restaurant guests via their mobile device.

The SABA Hospitality Digital Ordering Platform has a user-friendly ordering interface, which can be combined with a Digital Compendium and an award-winning Hotel Chatbot to ensure a fully engaged and centralized guest experience. Orders made via the SABA Hospitality Mobile Ordering solution can now flow directly into Shiji Infrasys Cloud POS via Shiji’s open API platform. The result is an automated ordering process which mitigates the impact of labor shortages, eliminates delays and language barriers, and creates a more engaging guest journey.
