By utilizing the chatbot module to automate request handling in Housekeeping and ordering in our F&B outlets or for spa reservations, guests can now communicate in their preferred language. This effectively streamlined the ordering and reservation process, ensuring speed & accuracy and that no requests are missed. We also find that by reducing unnecessary phone calls to the outlets our staff are more productive and can concentrate on guest requests more effectively.”
