SABA Hospitality is happy to announce the successful integration the FCS Computer Systems solutions. Integrating our two technologies now allows guests to make requests through our interactive guest services platform, and for those requests to be automatically forwarded to the relevant resolver department. Hotel services, amenities, maintenance, as well as food and beverage orders, now no longer require intervention from front of house staff or the guest service center. This direct and automated connection between a guest and the relevant hotel department improves operational efficiency and is a counter measure to the labor shortage experienced by many today.
